1. Customers are requested to inspect goods carefully before payment as all items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
2. Please present this sales invoice to enjoy cleaning and maintenance service of the goods. The acceptance and validity of the service is subject to the condition of the goods. Please contact our staff members for details.
3. According to the regulations of each brand, customers can enjoy free resizing service for once within 4 weeks to 6 months from the date of collection. Restrictions might be applied to individual brand and ring models. For details, please refer to dawnjewellery.com/aftersales.
