Liquor Cupping : Summer Special
In this workshop, students will explore the unique properties of tin while enjoying a cup of sake and learning the ancient metalworking technique called “Raising.” By continuously hammering the tin, the cup slowly starts to take form. As tin is relatively soft and malleable, this session offers an engaging introduction to metalsmithing, ideal for beginners.
Under the guidance of our goldsmith, experience a fun time making your own sake cup at Sunsmith this summer! No prior metalworking skills are needed, all participants can complete a personalised cup with our goldsmith's assistance.
*The above courses require reservation at least one week in advance.
