The "Two for Joy" workshop is a simple metalworking experience.
Through crafting bracelets, it captures a moment of memory to carry with you always.
Terms and conditions:
The schedule for the Two for Joy workshop will be released on the 1st day of each month for the following month on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly make your reservation in advance.
- This workshop requires a minimum of 7 days advance booking.
- This voucher can only be used by the party concerned and is not transferable. When redeeming, the company might need to verify the identity of the party involved.
- This voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
- This voucher can only be used once.
- This voucher must be presented on or before the workshop. No retrospective arrangement can be made.
- This voucher is not for sale, non-exchangable for cash and/or other gifts, and is non-refundable.
- This voucher is invalid if found defaced or damaged. Photocopies are not accepted.
- Dawn Jewellery (HK) Limited will not be liable for the loss, theft, damage, and misuse of any issued coupon. The voucher holder shall be solely responsible for all liabilities.
- Dawn Jewellery (HK) Limited reserves the right to the change and final decision of the terms and conditions of this voucher
Change, Cancellation and Late Policy:
Please kindly note that there are no changes or cancellations available for gift workshops. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the class has started, we will consider your appointment forfeited, and rescheduling will not be permitted. General Student Notes
- Workshop Safety: Please read the workshop safety guidelines and wear appropriate clothing.
- Schedule Confirmation: Ensure that the workshop does not conflict with your personal schedule before making payment. We do not accept cancellations or refunds for scheduling conflicts.
- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable. By completing your payment, you agree to our Workshop Safety Policy and Terms and Conditions.
- Policy Reference: For changes or cancellations, please refer to our Change and Cancellation Policy.
Workshop Safety Guidelines
- Food & Beverages: No food is allowed in the workshop. Only bottled beverages with caps are permitted.
- Protective Gear: Please wear the aprons provided during the workshop and tie back long hair. Shoes must cover the entire foot.
- Tool Usage: Please keep tools clean and dry at all times. Do not use or touch any tools without proper instruction. Students are fully responsible for any damage to themselves, others, or property resulting from improper tool use.
*These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety of our students and tutors. We reserve the right to halt lessons without refund in the event of a guideline breach. Students are responsible for any injury or damage caused to themselves, others, or property.
Change, Cancellation, and Late Policy
- Change Requests: If you need to change your workshop time, please contact us at least 10 days in advance. Changes are subject to availability.
- Punctuality: All workshops will begin on time as scheduled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered forfeited, and rescheduling will not be permitted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Adverse Weather Conditions
In the event of a Black Rainstorm Signal Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, our business hours will be adjusted accordingly, and the workshop will be rescheduled. Our team will get in touch with you once business resumes with new arrangements.
